Rathmore Lime Tree's Alix Geoffray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nick Newton in the 6th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Rathmore Lime Tree's goal looked a bit too open when Zak Crocker came free, but Alix Geoffray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peter Robson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erwin Billault in the 9th minute of the match. Luke Hislop made in the 10th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nick Newton however managed to control. 31 minutes into the match, Rathmore Lime Tree's goal looked a bit too open when Zak Crocker came free, but Alix Geoffray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjamin Loth hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Erwin Billault charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erwin Billault the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Rathmore Lime Tree's Erwin Billault got a free kick in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tosh Higginson in the 37th minute of play forced Rathmore Lime Tree's goalkeeper Alix Geoffray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hythe United Rangers's Tosh Higginson in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rathmore Lime Tree's goalie prevented a goal. 40 minutes into the match, Rathmore Lime Tree's goal looked a bit too open when Zak Crocker came free, but Alix Geoffray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alix Geoffray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tosh Higginson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rathmore Lime Tree's Alix Geoffray proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Rathmore Lime Tree from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tosh Higginson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Lance Eyre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alix Geoffray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rathmore Lime Tree's Alix Geoffray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zak Crocker in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nick Newton in the 61st minute of play forced Rathmore Lime Tree's goalkeeper Alix Geoffray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Hythe United Rangers fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Hythe United Rangers's Tosh Higginson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Toufik Loir kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Lance Eyre struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Alix Geoffray didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hythe United Rangers. When Kilian Fauré fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rathmore Lime Tree's protests and gave Kilian Fauré a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rathmore Lime Tree's Kilian Fauré got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 76th match minute, Rathmore Lime Tree was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabin Lièvin to maneuver through the defense. After 83 played minutes Hythe United Rangers got a freekick which was hit by Lance Eyre. A collision led to Rathmore Lime Tree getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Amine Pinault hit a great ball. Alix Geoffray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tosh Higginson in the 85th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Rathmore Lime Tree's Benjamin Loth got a free kick in the 86th minute. Alix Geoffray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lance Eyre in the 88th minute of play. A collision led to Rathmore Lime Tree getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Toufik Loir hit a great ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Hythe United Rangers had played much better football throughout.
