Freddy Galeno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Teodoro Wickel made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Oskitz in the 16th minute of play forced Club Universidad Chile XO's goalkeeper Teodoro Wickel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodoro Wickel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Bernard in the 17th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Club Universidad Chile XO's goalkeeper Teodoro Wickel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Freddy Galeno. In the 20th minute, Facundo Arancibia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KALSTEIN UNITED fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 23rd match minute, KALSTEIN UNITED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Oskitz to maneuver through the defense. Club Universidad Chile XO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Facundo Arancibia scored to the left of an out of position Teodoro Wickel, making the score, 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddy Galeno got free with Teodoro Wickel in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Club Universidad Chile XO's Teodoro Wickel got control of the ball when Teo Oskitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee ignored Club Universidad Chile XO's protests and gave Manuel Antonio Davanzo a yellow card for diving instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Freddy Galeno to make the kick off.
