Florian Banach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Ogășanu in the 30th minute of play forced Vidlákov SK's goalkeeper Zbigniew Penc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Ogășanu in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zbigniew Penc saved Vidlákov SK from getting behind. The supporters of Sydney FC booed when Vidlákov SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedikt Šarišský didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lukáš Hajšman to make the kick off. In the 50th minute, Florian Banach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ludwig Hanstein got free with Zbigniew Penc in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zbigniew Penc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Ogășanu in the 55th minute. Ludwig Hanstein's shot straight on target was not completely harmless.
