Lipowo SSA's Edmund Wozniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Jurgiel in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Alfred Jurgiel notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lipowo SSA's Edmund Wozniak. Edmund Wozniak was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcin Nikodemski in the 27th minute of play forced Lipowo SSA's goalkeeper Edmund Wozniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Rutger Carlsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lipowo SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Rutger Carlsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petruț Chirnoagă breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to FC BAYERN MUNCHEN EV. getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Zbyszek Podolski hit a great ball. When Václav Rybár came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Lipowo SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Václav Rybár couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The supporters of FC BAYERN MUNCHEN EV. booed when Lipowo SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arkadiusz Terasek didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Hugon Zjawin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lipowo SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugon Zjawin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmund Wozniak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tymoteusz Beninda in the 81st minute of the match. Rutger Carlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petruț Chirnoagă having to interfere. Václav Rybár hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. With his leg Edmund Wozniak managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when FC BAYERN MUNCHEN EV.'s Emiliyan Balachev fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Lipowo SSA getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Zbyszko Mochadlo hit a great ball. Miroslaw Ruszkowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edmund Wozniak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The FC BAYERN MUNCHEN EV. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC BAYERN MUNCHEN EV. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
