The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Ciriaco Ederono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th minute Wu Cheng De shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Rencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of MAC4LAN RB booed when Romos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidiu Şerbănescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wu Cheng De received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Edelmiro Rencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9thth minute of the game Işıkalp Yerhum who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MAC4LAN RB's Edelmiro Rencio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Liviu Apăvăloaie got free with Toader Tinu in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edelmiro Rencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidiu Şerbănescu in the 14th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Romos FC's goalkeeper Toader Tinu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denis Brun. Toader Tinu made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Hernan Crescencio sent off a good shot on target. Marcelino Horado hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. When Romos FC's Işıkalp Yerhum in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Işıkalp Yerhum to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, MAC4LAN RB's goalkeeper Edelmiro Rencio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Işıkalp Yerhum. MAC4LAN RB's Ubaldo Peruxu was substituted for Denis Brun. An unexpectedly hard shot by Işıkalp Yerhum in the 68th minute of play forced MAC4LAN RB's goalkeeper Edelmiro Rencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edelmiro Rencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcu Tofan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Edelmiro Rencio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Marcu Tofan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edelmiro Rencio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Edelmiro Rencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Işıkalp Yerhum, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Marcelino Horado kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. MAC4LAN RB's Edelmiro Rencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Işıkalp Yerhum in the 83rd minute of play. Narcis Druță charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Narcis Druță the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 95 played minutes Romos FC got a freekick which was hit by Narcis Druță. The Romos FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Romos FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
