After a defensive mix-up in Salinas FC's zone, Kilian Mbappè stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulino Maule came out of the goal and Kilian Mbappè tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 4 minutes into the match, Kilian Mbappè notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Salinas FC's Paulino Maule. Paulino Maule was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kilian Mbappè in the 7th minute of play forced Salinas FC's goalkeeper Paulino Maule to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 9 minutes, Kilian Mbappè made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Salinas FC's Paulino Maule tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Bonifacio Dimo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ambrosio Frasco hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, Nico Bertolo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adan Frechoso made in the 22nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Higinio Salvadore. 24 minutes into the game, Al-Femur FC's Kilian Mbappè nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paulino Maule made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 29th minute, Kilian Mbappè made a precise shot to the right of Paulino Maule. Salinas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Kilian Mbappè's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulino Maule read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Kilian Mbappè fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Maule having to interfere. Adan Frechoso made in the 39th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gaudencio Nazario immediately put the ball in play. 41 minutes into the game, Gualterio Onofre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Al-Femur FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salinas FC the free kick. Gualterio Onofre kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Paulino Maule came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Al-Femur FC's Kilian Mbappè. But to his dismay, Kilian Mbappè quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kilian Mbappè was the one to do the kick off. Paulino Maule made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kilian Mbappè in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the game, Kilian Mbappè cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Paulino Maule was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paulino Maule showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kilian Mbappè, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Kilian Mbappè took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Paulino Maule to make any attempt to save it. 63 minutes into the match, Salinas FC's goalkeeper Paulino Maule had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antony Brouillet. Paulino Maule showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kilian Mbappè, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Paulino Maule took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kilian Mbappè, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kilian Mbappè got free with Paulino Maule in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Cirilo Matei fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salinas FC's protests and gave Cirilo Matei a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Al-Femur FC booed when Salinas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cirilo Matei didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Salinas FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Cirilo Matei hit a great ball. Paulino Maule came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Al-Femur FC's Kilian Mbappè. But to his dismay, Kilian Mbappè quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. Mauricio Beliran's late challenge caught a Al-Femur FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauricio Beliran helped the player get up and apologised. 84 minutes into the match, Salinas FC's goalkeeper Paulino Maule had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urbano Chuse. Ted van Zijp was extremely unlucky when he, in the 88th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Urbano Chuse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Paulino Maule made a huge save. After 89 played minutes Salinas FC got a freekick which was hit by Ambrosio Frasco. In the 97th minute of the game Adan Frechoso made a throw-in which Gaudencio Nazario played forward. When the match was over Al-Femur FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Salinas FC throughout the match.
