If Gianluca Prestin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jolan Galindo came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Holz vor der Hütte ev's Erland Grebe. But to his dismay, Erland Grebe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. La Pointe Courte's Dan Black managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luigi Schelberg in the 10 minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Yves Leite put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fabian Bobariu. 14 minutes into the match, Holz vor der Hütte ev's goalkeeper Fabian Bobariu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yves Leite. Jolan Galindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Brink, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Yves Leite's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabian Bobariu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Holz vor der Hütte ev's goalie and right to Patrick Balkanlı. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Holz vor der Hütte ev's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Holz vor der Hütte ev's goalkeeper Fabian Bobariu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 27 minutes into the game, Yves Leite recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fabian Bobariu. Yves Leite showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. La Pointe Courte's Yves Leite got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Holz vor der Hütte ev's goalkeeper Fabian Bobariu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 37th minute of the game Pinto Brabo made a throw-in which Luigi Schelberg played forward. In the 38thth minute of the game Erland Grebe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Pointe Courte's Jolan Galindo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 38th play minutes Erland Grebe shot 2-2, a short shot which went by Jolan Galindo and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Holz vor der Hütte ev's goalkeeper Fabian Bobariu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benny Impens during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig Buch in the 47th minute of play forced La Pointe Courte's goalkeeper Jolan Galindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Sebastian Brink made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gianluca Prestin in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Bobariu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The throw-in from Pinto Brabo in the 55th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by La Pointe Courte's Jelle Ceustermans. Fabian Bobariu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yves Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Holz vor der Hütte ev's goalkeeper Fabian Bobariu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. La Pointe Courte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Holz vor der Hütte ev the free kick. After a rather tough play, La Pointe Courte's Jelle Ceustermans got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Yang Feng Guang might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabian Bobariu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yang Feng Guang ran back to his position shaking his head. 73 minutes into the match, Holz vor der Hütte ev's goal looked a bit too open when Yang Feng Guang came free, but Fabian Bobariu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute Yang Feng Guang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Bobariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Holz vor der Hütte ev's zone, Yang Feng Guang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Bobariu came out of the goal and Yang Feng Guang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Antonis Mavrofidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
