In the 25th minute Matias Maties shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bob Hyatt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sacro Balompié's Baltasar Sancho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nerio Lopez de Toro in the 32nd minute of play. The wind increased when Nerio Lopez de Toro made the kick off in the second half. Bob Hyatt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Jaunzuria in the 51st minute. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by ACC Mavericks's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Miguel Almiron was slow to take the kick. During this time Sacro Balompié's players had a chance to rest. Baltasar Sancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nerio Lopez de Toro in the 56th minute of the match. Tuan Eubanks charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the game, Sacro Balompié's Matias Maties nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bob Hyatt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. The supporters of Sacro Balompié booed when ACC Mavericks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Merrill Hancock didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baltasar Sancho came out of the goal and Steve Van Clynenbreugel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baltasar Sancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steve Van Clynenbreugel, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luisito Lander got free with Bob Hyatt in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, Sacro Balompié's Bob Hyatt threw himself towards the right post 83 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Miguel Almiron, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bob Hyatt came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Sacro Balompié's Luisito Lander. But to his dismay, Luisito Lander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 91 minutes into the game, Luisito Lander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Bob Hyatt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 95 minutes into the match, Matias Maties notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of ACC Mavericks's Bob Hyatt. Bob Hyatt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
