In the 4th minute, Yanick Schautens made a precise shot to the right of Teodor Burileanu. Santul FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 9th minute, Diederick Gallot made a precise shot to the right of Teodor Burileanu. Santul FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 13 played minutes Flamenco United got a freekick which was hit by Ben Ryers. Teodor Burileanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bircan Serdar went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Bircan Serdar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodor Burileanu was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. In the 20th minute, Danny Haar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flamenco United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bircan Serdar in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teodor Burileanu saved Santul FC from getting behind. The Flamenco United fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Flamenco United's Bircan Serdar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Flamenco United's Bircan Serdar got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yanick Schautens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bircan Serdar in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teodor Burileanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 40 minutes into the match, Flamenco United's Bircan Serdar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teodor Burileanu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Camillo Mercuri made a precise shot to the right of Teodor Burileanu. Santul FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Ye Zheng came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Santul FC's Mihail Dragota. But to his dismay, Mihail Dragota quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-7.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iurie Goma stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ye Zheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rareș Arghir, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 59 minutes into the game, Santul FC's Rareș Arghir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ye Zheng made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-7. Teodor Burileanu was a little too slow when Bryan Clijsters got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 2-8. After a defensive mix-up in Santul FC's zone, Ben Ryers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodor Burileanu came out of the goal and Ben Ryers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodor Burileanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bircan Serdar in the 70th minute of play. Bircan Serdar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Teodor Burileanu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Santul FC's Gheorghe Pupăzan got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After having played for 75 minutes, Bircan Serdar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flamenco United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bircan Serdar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Danny Haar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teodor Burileanu made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Danny Haar sent off a good shot on target. Bircan Serdar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Teodor Burileanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Santul FC defense, Camillo Mercuri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodor Burileanu. The Santul FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodor Burileanu should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute, Bircan Serdar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Teodor Burileanu. The goal made the score 2-12. The Santul FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Flamenco United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
