Karlica FC's Rahman Bobić got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute, BUITRES II's Allen Salinas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Boris Dakić. Boris Dakić yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Chase Palacios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahman Bobić in the 22nd minute of play. Allen Salinas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Boris Dakić when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Dwight Kaplan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dan Pike got free with Boris Dakić in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 33rd minute Besim Tariković shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chase Palacios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th match minute, Karlica FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Besim Tariković to maneuver through the defense. Boris Dakić didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Allen Salinas went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Besim Tariković during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Karlica FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Besim Tariković hit a great ball. If Allen Salinas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. Allen Salinas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boris Dakić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

52 minutes into the game, Munir Petranović was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karlica FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BUITRES II the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 51st minute of the game. One of Karlica FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of BUITRES II:s goal. Boris Dakić had in the 54thth minute some difficulties stopping Mór Cilia's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 54th minute, Mór Cilia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Boris Dakić was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Boris Dakić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allen Salinas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boris Dakić didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dan Pike went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score.
