The tension between the Mercedario AFC and the Uruguay Buceo B.F players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th minute Xavon Murieta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Benvide Lebrija sped through Mercedario AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leonel Garcia. Lixandro Salgueiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonel Garcia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lixandro Salgueiro ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benvide Lebrija in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Garcia saved Mercedario AFC from getting behind. In the 20th minute Lixandro Salgueiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 22 minutes, Benvide Lebrija managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay Buceo B.F's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benvide Lebrija was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute, Lixandro Salgueiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Benvide Lebrija's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonel Garcia was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Hernan Garcia made the kick off in the second half. Benvide Lebrija succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 51st playminute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leonel Garcia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benvide Lebrija had several of the Mercedario AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 78 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-10 score and a disappointed Leonel Garcia as he didn't even see the shot coming. Leonel Garcia came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay Buceo B.F's Lixandro Salgueiro. But to his dismay, Lixandro Salgueiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. After a defensive mix-up in Mercedario AFC's zone, Benvide Lebrija stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Garcia came out of the goal and Benvide Lebrija tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benvide Lebrija received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leonel Garcia came out and tried to block the shot, but Benvide Lebrija slotted it home off the left post making it 0-12 in the 85th minute. When Uruguay Buceo B.F's Benvide Lebrija in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mercedario AFC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Mercedario AFC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Miguel Obano hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, Lixandro Salgueiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute, Xavon Murieta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Uruguay Buceo B.F left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mercedario AFC.
