Thanks to some nice moves Efrain Luzea could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Wilbur Hyde however easily saved by the left post. After 32 minutes, Lamar Gallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Canalla de Chicago and the Sevigné Musguito players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to El Canalla de Chicago getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Lamar Gallo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sevigné Musguito's zone, Lamar Gallo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melchor Piarres came out of the goal and Lamar Gallo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the match, Domingo Lopez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melchor Piarres. Sevigné Musguito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domingo Lopez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The ball had pretty good speed, but Melchor Piarres firmly grabbed it by the left post. Melchor Piarres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lamar Gallo in the 89th minute of the match. Melchor Piarres made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justin Raines in the 92nd minute. After a rather tough play, Sevigné Musguito's Elvio Venerando got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
