In the 3rd minute Malcolm Middel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Józef Mlynarczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Józef Mlynarczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm Middel in the 3rd minute of the match. G de graafschap's Marcelito Martines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Casado in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th match minute, Deportivo Pucho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Jerico to maneuver through the defense. Henry Valcarcel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Józef Mlynarczyk. Deportivo Pucho's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Dan Holm notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of G de graafschap's Marcelito Martines. Marcelito Martines was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 18th play minutes Claudio-Paul Caniggia shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Marcelito Martines and just under the crossbar into goal. Marcelito Martines stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vinicio Casado's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. After some careless play in the G de graafschap defense, Julio Tolino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelito Martines. The G de graafschap fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelito Martines should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henry Valcarcel got free with Józef Mlynarczyk in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio-Paul Caniggia in the 26th minute of play forced G de graafschap's goalkeeper Marcelito Martines to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelito Martines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilmar Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 33rd minute Julio Tolino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelito Martines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudio-Paul Caniggia in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelito Martines saved G de graafschap from getting behind. In the 38th minute, Vicente Unda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Vinicio Casado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcelito Martines came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Pucho's Julio Tolino. But to his dismay, Julio Tolino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 44 minutes, Julio Tolino made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. G de graafschap's Marcelito Martines tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 48 minutes into the match, Claudio-Paul Caniggia notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of G de graafschap's Marcelito Martines. Marcelito Martines was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Deportivo Pucho were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
In the 54th minute, Oscar Matos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Józef Mlynarczyk was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. In the 56th minute Julio Tolino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelito Martines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelito Martines showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Tolino in the 59th minute of the match. Józef Mlynarczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute of the match G de graafschap got a corner. Deportivo Pucho's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Henry Valcarcel ran over to the corner to take the kick. The referee felt a red card was in order, 70 minutes into the game, when Rigoberto Fandoz put in a rough tackle. A collision led to G de graafschap getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Rigoberto Fandoz hit a great ball. Deportivo Pucho's Prospero Tiadoro was substituted for Vinicio Casado. Gonzalo Montiel struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Marcelito Martines didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Pucho. Deportivo Pucho's Archie Litchfield was substituted for Gilmar Mendes. In the 76th minute of the match, Claudio-Paul Caniggia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marcelito Martines saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 81st minute, Julio Tolino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Pucho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-8. Malcolm Middel charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Malcolm Middel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 played minutes G de graafschap got a freekick which was hit by Malcolm Middel. Prospero Tiadoro scored 1-9 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcelito Martines, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Józef Mlynarczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Nyhus in the 90th minute of play. After some careless play in the G de graafschap defense, Julio Tolino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcelito Martines. The G de graafschap fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcelito Martines should have stopped the shot. When Vicente Unda fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored G de graafschap's protests and gave Vicente Unda a yellow card for diving instead. Vicente Unda hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Marcelito Martines took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Tolino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Deportivo Pucho could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than G de graafschap throughout the match.
