The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Svenska Lejon BK's goalkeeper Folke Malmström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Nicu Geantă fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Svenska Lejon BK's protests and gave Nicu Geantă a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th match minute, Svenska Lejon BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicu Geantă to maneuver through the defense. Folke Malmström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Levan Dost, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 21 minutes into the game, SEFEROĞULLARI's Levan Dost nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Folke Malmström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Jeremias Lugo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Folke Malmström was a little too slow when Szilveszter Zarka got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 29th minute, Levan Dost reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Folke Malmström. The goal made the score 3-0. 37 minutes into the game, SEFEROĞULLARI's Levan Dost nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Folke Malmström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Levan Dost took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Folke Malmström. Folke Malmström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Svenska Lejon BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Levan Dost scored to the left of an out of position Folke Malmström, making the score, 6-0. If Levan Dost had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The wind increased when Levan Dost made the kick off in the second half. SEFEROĞULLARI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Szilveszter Zarka in the 52nd minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Svenska Lejon BK's goalie and right to Georges Bizet. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Svenska Lejon BK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 54 minutes into the match, Levan Dost notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Svenska Lejon BK's Folke Malmström. Folke Malmström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Svenska Lejon BK's Folke Malmström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Levan Dost in the 62nd minute of play. Levan Dost scored 8-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Folke Malmström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joacim Johansson in the 70th minute of play forced SEFEROĞULLARI's goalkeeper Mirza Olgunsoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When SEFEROĞULLARI's Levan Dost in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Svenska Lejon BK's goalie prevented a goal. Andreas Holm's late challenge caught a SEFEROĞULLARI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andreas Holm helped the player get up and apologised. After 83 played minutes Svenska Lejon BK got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Holm. The supporters of SEFEROĞULLARI booed when Svenska Lejon BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Holm didn't get a good kick on the ball. Folke Malmström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berkem Bekata in the 86th minute of the match. After 90 played minutes Svenska Lejon BK got a freekick which was hit by Joacim Johansson. After a rather tough play, Svenska Lejon BK's Stellan Lidman got a free kick in the 91st minute.
