Reis United's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Signoretti came free, but João Paulo Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefan Dobay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. João Paulo Urbano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stefan Dobay went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of S.C. Reis United booed when Carpathians was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Signoretti didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Stefan Dobay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Paulo Urbano was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. João Paulo Urbano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stefan Dobay went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. João Paulo Urbano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Dobay in the 22nd minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Stefan Dobay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. João Paulo Urbano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by S.C. Reis United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Connor Hughes was slow to take the kick. During this time Carpathians's players had a chance to rest. João Paulo Urbano didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Carpathians's Stefan Dobay shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. João Paulo Urbano came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Carpathians's Stefan Dobay. But to his dismay, Stefan Dobay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Stefan Dobay sped through S.C. Reis United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of João Paulo Urbano. João Paulo Urbano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Dobay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the S.C. Reis United defense, Leontin Ţurcaş kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Paulo Urbano. The S.C. Reis United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Paulo Urbano should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Carpathians's Stefan Dobay got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half Carpathians were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Stefan Dobay made the kick off in the second half. João Paulo Urbano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Dobay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 54 minutes of play, Carpathians's Stefan Dobay made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Paulo Urbano was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Leontin Ţurcaş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Paulo Renato Trevisan got a throw-in 63 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Fabinho Pereira. Paulo Renato Trevisan made in the 66th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Fabinho Pereira however managed to control. 68 minutes into the match, Stefan Dobay notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of S.C. Reis United's João Paulo Urbano. João Paulo Urbano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carpathians made a substitution. Cazimir Feteanu replaced Remus Piacente. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Alin Nichitelea advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-11 in the 74th minute. The audience was convinced that Stefan Dobay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Paulo Urbano was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. In the 81st minute of the game Paulo Renato Trevisan made a throw-in which Eduardo Gaspar played forward. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stefan Dobay in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Paulo Urbano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute Carpathians were awarded a corner. Dorel Pipirig went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Carpathians's Roque Arixo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 92nd minute, S.C. Reis United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Stefan Dobay fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Leontin Ţurcaş charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leontin Ţurcaş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 93 played minutes Carpathians got a freekick which was hit by Leontin Ţurcaş. 95 minutes into the match, Stefan Dobay dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of João Paulo Urbano, 0-13. Carpathians's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
