The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Szymon Puszynski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Birmingham City F.C.'s Dorin Şerban got a free kick in the 6th minute. Szymon Puszynski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erland Boberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SV Rotthausen 1912's Szymon Puszynski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erland Boberg in the 11th minute of play. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when SV Rotthausen 1912's Ernst Thielmann in the 13th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Kliment Zakov was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Birmingham City F.C. through an amazing save. After 14 minutes Birmingham City F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Laurențiu Ignea who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Laurențiu Ignea got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kliment Zakov quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ernst Thielmann's late challenge caught a Birmingham City F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernst Thielmann helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th match minute, SV Rotthausen 1912 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Thielmann to maneuver through the defense. Szymon Puszynski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhivko Kudev, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Szymon Puszynski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erland Boberg in the 19th minute of the match. With a little luck, Birmingham City F.C.'s Kliment Zakov got control of the ball when Rahib Şamilov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kliment Zakov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahib Şamilov in the 28th minute of play. Erland Boberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 36 minutes into the match, SV Rotthausen 1912's goal looked a bit too open when Zhivko Kudev came free, but Szymon Puszynski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rahib Şamilov struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Kliment Zakov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV Rotthausen 1912. After 42 played minutes SV Rotthausen 1912 got a freekick which was hit by Victor Winkels. In the 46th match minute, Birmingham City F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tzvetelin Kopoev to maneuver through the defense. SV Rotthausen 1912's Laurențiu Ignea shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 46th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kliment Zakov but with some difficulty. In the 47th match minute, Birmingham City F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tzvetelin Kopoev to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernst Thielmann to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, SV Rotthausen 1912's goalkeeper Szymon Puszynski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erland Boberg. 53 minutes into the match, SV Rotthausen 1912's goal looked a bit too open when Tião Silveira came free, but Szymon Puszynski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rahib Şamilov in the 54th minute of play forced Birmingham City F.C.'s goalkeeper Kliment Zakov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 56 played minutes Birmingham City F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Zhivko Kudev. 57 minutes into the match, Rahib Şamilov notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Birmingham City F.C.'s Kliment Zakov. Kliment Zakov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Rahib Şamilov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kliment Zakov was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Kliment Zakov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harbans Toor in the 63rd minute of the match. Szymon Puszynski made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Erland Boberg sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th minute Rahib Şamilov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kliment Zakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Rahib Şamilov sped through Birmingham City F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kliment Zakov. Kliment Zakov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernst Thielmann in the 81st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, SV Rotthausen 1912's Iulian Caramarin got a free kick in the 85th minute. Szymon Puszynski acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 85th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Stayko Bobekov. After a rather tough play, SV Rotthausen 1912's Harbans Toor got a free kick in the 91st minute. Szymon Puszynski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhivko Kudev in the 92nd minute of play. SV Rotthausen 1912 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Birmingham City F.C. for a fine match.
