The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Arkadiusz Dunajski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bialski Bastion Legii's Aleksander Zgonina in 10 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Wincent Koczara guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 29 minutes into the game, Ascencio Quintas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Fryderyk Olchawa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vetusta's Wincent Koczara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Vetusta from getting a goal against them. 35 minutes into the match, Vetusta's goal looked a bit too open when Kajetan Solecki came free, but Wincent Koczara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fryderyk Olchawa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ascencio Quintas, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Arkadiusz Dunajski struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Wincent Koczara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bialski Bastion Legii. A hard shot by Lucjan Rozanski from long distance, 45 minutes into the match, got Wincent Koczara's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 48th minute Dorio Cacheres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fryderyk Olchawa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ascencio Quintas made a kick off. Dorio Cacheres hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Fryderyk Olchawa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ascencio Quintas in the 53rd minute of the match. Wincent Koczara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kajetan Solecki in the 55th minute of play. Michal Walicki struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Wincent Koczara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bialski Bastion Legii. Fryderyk Olchawa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ascencio Quintas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wincent Koczara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kajetan Solecki in the 74th minute of play. Bialski Bastion Legii were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Vetusta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arkadiusz Dunajski took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Arkadiusz Dunajski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wincent Koczara quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 79 minutes into the match, Bialski Bastion Legii's goalkeeper Fryderyk Olchawa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ascencio Quintas. Fryderyk Olchawa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ascencio Quintas went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Vetusta made a substitution. Marco Palomar replaced Ascencio Quintas. Vetusta's Jose-Manuel Jauregui was substituted for Normando Veloso. In the 86th minute Aleksander Zgonina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Koczara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fryderyk Olchawa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Palomar, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Marco Palomar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vetusta's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Palomar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fryderyk Olchawa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
