Leopoldo Trevisan hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Santos Dumont had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clemente Koehler. Araguaia Sport Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santos Dumont was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 15th minute, Tasso FC's Waldir Urbano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. After 18 minutes Araguaia Sport Clube's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Santos Dumont who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Severi Nybacka advanced and headed the ball into goal, 4-0 in the 19th minute. Silverio Corderun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvaldo Donatello in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Araguaia Sport Clube's goalkeeper Clemente Koehler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 25 minutes into the match, Araguaia Sport Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Waldir Urbano came free, but Clemente Koehler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tasso FC's Wawrzyniec Poremba quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leopoldo Trevisan, made in the 30th minute of the game. In the 33rd minute, Tasso FC's Waldir Urbano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. After 39 minutes, Waldir Urbano made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Araguaia Sport Clube's Clemente Koehler tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 42nd minute, Waldir Urbano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Waldir Urbano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Clemente Koehler. That made the score 8-0 in the 44 minute of play.

Clemente Koehler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severi Nybacka, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Tasso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edvaldo Donatello came free, but Silverio Corderun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silverio Corderun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvaldo Donatello, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Araguaia Sport Clube's Edvaldo Donatello was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 57th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Dumont in the 62nd minute of play forced Araguaia Sport Clube's goalkeeper Clemente Koehler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santos Dumont might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clemente Koehler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santos Dumont ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 72nd minute, Waldir Urbano made a precise shot to the right of Clemente Koehler. Araguaia Sport Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-1. Tasso FC's Alcides Lages was substituted for Facundo Quiroga. After 76 minutes of play, Tasso FC's Santos Dumont made it 11-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clemente Koehler was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tasso FC's Normando Fiúza was substituted for Waldir Urbano. 81 minutes into the match, Santos Dumont notched a goal, 12-1, to the right of Araguaia Sport Clube's Clemente Koehler. Clemente Koehler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 85th minute, Normando Fiúza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clemente Koehler was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-1. When Tasso FC's Normando Fiúza in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Araguaia Sport Clube's goalie prevented a goal. 95 minutes into the game, Tasso FC's Normando Fiúza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clemente Koehler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tasso FC had played much better football throughout.
