Jeremias Velloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Venancio Inko scored 0-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rosendo Txeru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute Pablo Mendiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Txeru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's Damian Tulio to fire away a dangerous shot which Rosendo Txeru despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Rosendo Txeru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Venancio Inko's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's Jeremias Velloso got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Pablo Mendiko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 32 played minutes El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa got a freekick which was hit by Damian Tulio. When Pablo Mendiko came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Mendiko couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in POCASPULGAS's zone, Jeremias Velloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosendo Txeru came out of the goal and Jeremias Velloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the game, Jeremias Velloso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rosendo Txeru was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Dariusz Harbaszewski fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored POCASPULGAS's protests and gave Dariusz Harbaszewski a yellow card for diving instead. 45 minutes into the match, El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa's Matheo Smeby broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. POCASPULGAS's Rosendo Txeru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Inko in the 48th minute of play. After the first half El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Venancio Inko stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Jeremias Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Txeru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa made a substitution. Victorino Tiniebra replaced Venancio Inko. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Egoi in the 62nd minute of play forced POCASPULGAS's goalkeeper Rosendo Txeru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute, Alfonso Rafel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 66 minutes, Modesto Eduino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the POCASPULGAS and the El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th match minute, POCASPULGAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Anaya to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute of the match El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa got a corner. POCASPULGAS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Damian Tulio ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Matheo Smeby managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 76th minute Victorino Tiniebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Txeru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. POCASPULGAS's Rosendo Txeru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save POCASPULGAS from getting a goal against them. In the 86th minute El Tiki-Tiki de Cappa were awarded a corner. Damian Tulio went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Damian Tulio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rosendo Txeru quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rosendo Txeru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Tiniebra, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Victorino Tiniebra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 94 minutes into the game, Victorino Tiniebra recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rosendo Txeru. Victorino Tiniebra showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8.
