But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nemesio Tirso couldn't finish the play. Nicolas Latifi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Perpinya in the 8th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonzalo Ulizes got free with Silvestre Garin in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Cogollo Infinito fc's Cornelio Mannuel got a free kick in the 16th minute. After having played for 19 minutes, Segundo Perpinya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. EL REY DE LA CARNE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Perpinya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th match minute, Cogollo Infinito fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boruc Domamir to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute Segundo Perpinya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Latifi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvestre Garin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boruc Domamir, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Silvestre Garin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anselmo Clemencin in the 24th minute. After 25 minutes EL REY DE LA CARNE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Boruc Domamir who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of EL REY DE LA CARNE booed when Cogollo Infinito fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Caitano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a good free kick, Victoriano Caitano got an opportunity to smash the ball into the goal, but unfortunately, the ball went just outside the goal, which resulted in a goal kick for EL REY DE LA CARNE. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Tirso in the 29th minute of play forced Cogollo Infinito fc's goalkeeper Nicolas Latifi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolas Latifi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nemesio Tirso's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. With an all-out effort, Cogollo Infinito fc's Silvestre Garin threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aureliano Muno, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Perpinya in the 40th minute of play forced Cogollo Infinito fc's goalkeeper Nicolas Latifi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nemesio Tirso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Nicolas Latifi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Segundo Perpinya in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolas Latifi saved Cogollo Infinito fc from getting behind. After 48 minutes Cogollo Infinito fc's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Salvador Eusko who took care of the corner kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Boruc Domamir to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Cornelio Mendiko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute Nemesio Tirso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Latifi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolas Latifi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Segundo Perpinya in the 59th minute. Nemesio Tirso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Latifi having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Segundo Perpinya reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nicolas Latifi. The goal made the score 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aureliano Muno in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvestre Garin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Segundo Perpinya who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 76thth minute tested the skills of Nicolas Latifi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. EL REY DE LA CARNE's Segundo Perpinya was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 77th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Nicolas Latifi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Txanton in the 80th minute of the match. EL REY DE LA CARNE's Adrian Txanton got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Tirso in the 91st minute of play forced Cogollo Infinito fc's goalkeeper Nicolas Latifi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 played minutes Cogollo Infinito fc got a freekick which was hit by Boruc Domamir. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched EL REY DE LA CARNE eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
