With a little luck, Stratton FC's Lawrance See got control of the ball when Feliberto Joachim tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Wolfhard A.C.'s Erasmo Opilano got a free kick in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Roddie Bartholomew notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Stratton FC's Lawrance See. Lawrance See was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 17th minute Jervis Tresise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ambrosio Gamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Stratton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Feliberto Joachim came free, but Lawrance See reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliberto Joachim in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lawrance See saved Stratton FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roddie Bartholomew got free with Lawrance See in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jervis Tresise scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ambrosio Gamus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Brynn Andrews blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ambrosio Gamus having to make a save. In the 30th minute, Jervis Tresise ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ambrosio Gamus was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Alessandro Sacchi might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ambrosio Gamus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alessandro Sacchi ran back to his position shaking his head. Pablo Cordearo kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Wolfhard A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jervis Tresise came free, but Ambrosio Gamus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lawrance See made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roddie Bartholomew in the 38th minute. In the 44th minute, Jens Sundström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jervis Tresise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ambrosio Gamus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Roddie Bartholomew made the kick off in the second half. When Alessandro Sacchi came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Stratton FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessandro Sacchi couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd match minute, Stratton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jervis Tresise to maneuver through the defense. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 68 played minutes Wolfhard A.C. got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Gilabert. After 70 played minutes Stratton FC's Alessandro Sacchi stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Ambrosio Gamus stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Wolfhard A.C. of the goal. In the 71st minute of the match Stratton FC got a corner. Wolfhard A.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Brynn Andrews ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Matthew Grieve advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-3 in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute, Roddie Bartholomew got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stratton FC's Matt Sanderson was substituted for Brynn Andrews. Carolo Rolado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stratton FC's Jared Wivell was substituted for Jens Sundström. Wolfhard A.C.'s Renato Gaúcho got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With 84 minutes on the clock, Nentres Travers commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Stratton FC! Ambrosio Gamus made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Alessandro Sacchi sent off a good shot on target. After 89 played minutes Stratton FC got a freekick which was hit by Jaffery Tarrant. Stratton FC made a substitution. Ivan Warhurst replaced Jervis Tresise. In the 90th match minute, Stratton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaffery Tarrant to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Stratton FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Alberto Sinden hit a great ball. Stratton FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Wolfhard A.C.'s much stronger midfield.
