Edoardo Marongiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 14th minute, Edoardo Marongiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Amelegücü getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Tolek Jestrimski hit a great ball. When AKHisaR's Mustafa Emrah Ulusoy in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience was convinced that Edoardo Marongiu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peker Baycan was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. AKHisaR's Peker Baycan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iulian Păvăloae in the 25th minute of play. Peker Baycan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edoardo Marongiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 26th minute, Edoardo Marongiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peker Baycan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. If Ahmet Necdet Baştugay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Uygar Buffon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arslan Çubukcu's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Edoardo Marongiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peker Baycan having to interfere. The supporters of Amelegücü booed when AKHisaR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yaser Osmanlıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41stth minute of the game Edoardo Marongiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AKHisaR's Peker Baycan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edoardo Marongiu in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peker Baycan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 42 minutes into the match, AKHisaR's goal looked a bit too open when Edoardo Marongiu came free, but Peker Baycan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolek Jestrimski in the 53rd minute of play forced AKHisaR's goalkeeper Peker Baycan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 minutes of play, Amelegücü's Tolek Jestrimski made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Peker Baycan was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Edoardo Marongiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, AKHisaR's Peker Baycan got control of the ball when Edoardo Marongiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 66 minutes, Mustafa Emrah Ulusoy made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Amelegücü's Uygar Buffon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Edoardo Marongiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Peker Baycan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AKHisaR's Arif Tugay Değirmencioğlu was substituted for Bahattin Zühtü. With a little luck, AKHisaR's Peker Baycan got control of the ball when Edoardo Marongiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peker Baycan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Latif İren in the 76th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AKHisaR's Yaser Osmanlıoğlu got a free kick in the 78th minute. Amelegücü made a substitution. Olcay Orkun Gümüşsoy replaced Edoardo Marongiu. AKHisaR's Peker Baycan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save AKHisaR from getting a goal against them. Olcay Orkun Gümüşsoy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peker Baycan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Peker Baycan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olcay Orkun Gümüşsoy in the 92nd minute. The AKHisaR fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Amelegücü were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
