After 26 minutes of play, Nova Soccer's Tiso Villela made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicasio Atarratze was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 31 minutes, Florian Adan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nova Soccer and the CATRE players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes Nova Soccer got a freekick which was hit by Florian Adan. Jairo Tristan hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Donat Collier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Siro Ado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Maurilio Duque, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonatan Tello made a kick off. Maurilio Duque made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Tello in the 52nd minute of play. Nova Soccer's Maurilio Duque played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Honesto in the 54th minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match CATRE got a corner. Nova Soccer's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Norino Rapino ran over to the corner to take the kick. With an all-out effort, Nova Soccer's Nicasio Atarratze threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cai Astonzas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 90 minutes into the match, CATRE's goalkeeper Nicasio Atarratze had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donat Collier. A collision led to Nova Soccer getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. José Luis Carranza hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the CATRE players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
