To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vincente Quiñones made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magnus Glad in the 15th minute of play. Malditos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aurelio Alcaide in the 17th minute. The corner led Malditos FC's Aurelio Alcaide to fire away a dangerous shot which Ola Berg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magnus Glad in the 20th minute of play forced Malditos FC's goalkeeper Vincente Quiñones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Vedat Arslanoğlu made the kick off in the second half.
