Luis Palos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoltán Hubina, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Noqueces FC's Luis Palos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoltán Hubina in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute Eusebius Smolarek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danail Mitzakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 minutes of play, Noqueces FC's Eusebius Smolarek made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Danail Mitzakov was left in no man's land by his defense there! The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
