Fanis Geronimidis made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Michael Bürgin sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Mogege FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Darius Kaspar hit a great ball. Aggelos Farmakas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Herve Bur. Mogege FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Mogege FC booed when IRAKLIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alketas Kolliopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alxavier Eberhardt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fanis Geronimidis was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Norbert Pisarczyk. Through an outstanding action, after 18 minutes, Fanis Geronimidis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 24 minutes into the match, IRAKLIS's goal looked a bit too open when Fréderic Stadelmann came free, but Fanis Geronimidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michael Bürgin got free with Fanis Geronimidis in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markos Michalakos in the 30th minute of play forced Mogege FC's goalkeeper Herve Bur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michael Bürgin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Fanis Geronimidis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miltiadis Liakos in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Herve Bur saved Mogege FC from getting behind. In the 36th minute, IRAKLIS's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fréderic Stadelmann fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fanis Geronimidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alxavier Eberhardt in the 39th minute of the match. Fanis Geronimidis made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Michael Bürgin sent off a good shot on target. 40 minutes into the match, Michael Bürgin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fanis Geronimidis, 1-0. After a rather tough play, IRAKLIS's Theodosis Christodoulou got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Theodosis Christodoulou's late challenge caught a Mogege FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Theodosis Christodoulou helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th match minute, IRAKLIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theodosis Christodoulou to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miltiadis Liakos to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Fréderic Stadelmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IRAKLIS's Fanis Geronimidis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fanis Geronimidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alxavier Eberhardt in the 53rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mogege FC's Michael Bürgin got a free kick in the 55th minute. IRAKLIS's Markos Michalakos managed to work through Mogege FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Markos Michalakos dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Fanis Geronimidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fréderic Stadelmann in the 58th minute of the match. Fanis Geronimidis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fréderic Stadelmann's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Miltiadis Liakos managed to get in a good position for a shot. IRAKLIS's supporters rose to their feet, but Miltiadis Liakos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herve Bur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fanis Geronimidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alxavier Eberhardt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mogege FC's Herve Bur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miltiadis Liakos in the 69th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kostas Koronas got free with Herve Bur in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Markos Michalakos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Herve Bur made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Bürgin in the 81st minute of play forced IRAKLIS's goalkeeper Fanis Geronimidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Darius Kaspar took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fanis Geronimidis. Fanis Geronimidis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Fanis Geronimidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fréderic Stadelmann in the 94th minute of play. Mogege FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
