Armindo Maltez made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Nichlas Glastrup sent off a good shot on target. Harold Hjelton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alcino Jesus, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Armindo Maltez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nichlas Glastrup, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, AC Farsaebarca's Gregorius Mouning got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alcino Jesus in the 33rd minute of play forced AC Farsaebarca's goalkeeper Harold Hjelton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 38 in the game by Nichlas Glastrup from a close distance when the talented Armindo Maltez managed to make a qualified save. Ponte do Carro's players were relieved. In the 43rd minute, Nichlas Glastrup hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Ponte do Carro's goal looked a bit too open when Piet Lewandowski came free, but Armindo Maltez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Nichlas Glastrup made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Boaventura in the 52nd minute of play forced AC Farsaebarca's goalkeeper Harold Hjelton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 53 minutes AC Farsaebarca's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gregório Jesus who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Ponte do Carro's corner Gregório Jesus fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Harold Hjelton quite easily take care of the ball. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by AC Farsaebarca's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gregório Jesus was slow to take the kick. During this time Ponte do Carro's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Gregório Jesus got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Harold Hjelton quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Graciano Caneira charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Graciano Caneira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th minute, one of Ponte do Carro:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ponte do Carro. Armindo Maltez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piet Lewandowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Ponte do Carro's goal looked a bit too open when Piet Lewandowski came free, but Armindo Maltez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 played minutes AC Farsaebarca got a freekick which was hit by Gregorius Mouning. Ponte do Carro's Armindo Maltez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piet Lewandowski in the 70th minute of play. Simão Boaventura recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ponte do Carro made a substitution. Gonçalo Quaresma replaced Graciano Caneira. Armindo Maltez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nichlas Glastrup in the 75th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Loukianos Livas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ponte do Carro made a substitution. Palmiro Leite replaced Alcino Jesus. A collision led to Ponte do Carro getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Loukianos Livas hit a great ball. Elias Steinmejer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Armindo Maltez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute Simão Boaventura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harold Hjelton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Simão Boaventura came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Ponte do Carro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simão Boaventura couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd minute, Palmiro Leite ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harold Hjelton was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. A hard shot 96 in the game by Palmiro Leite from a close distance when the talented Harold Hjelton managed to make a qualified save. AC Farsaebarca's players were relieved. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ponte do Carro had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
