When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Gigel Chirculescu sped through A.D.ESMOJÃES's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Laureano Rijo. Ricardo Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 14th minute of the match Iustinian Burdujan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laureano Rijo skillfully saved the ball. Laureano Rijo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Chirculescu in the 15th minute of the match. Gigel Chirculescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Laureano Rijo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A.D.ESMOJÃES's Laureano Rijo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gigel Chirculescu in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigel Chirculescu in the 25th minute of play forced A.D.ESMOJÃES's goalkeeper Laureano Rijo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Dragoş Vâtcu came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Balaceanu UFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dragoş Vâtcu couldn't finish the play. A.D.ESMOJÃES's Laureano Rijo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gigel Chirculescu in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Eduardo Bulhosa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Daniel Moron. The goal made the score 1-1. Daniel Moron made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolaas Anelka in the 41st minute. Dragoş Vâtcu kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. A.D.ESMOJÃES's Laureano Rijo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gigel Chirculescu in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gigel Chirculescu was the one to do the kick off. Gigel Chirculescu struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Laureano Rijo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Balaceanu UFC. 54 minutes into the match, A.D.ESMOJÃES's goal looked a bit too open when Gigel Chirculescu came free, but Laureano Rijo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laureano Rijo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Chirculescu in the 56th minute of the match. Gigel Chirculescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gigel Chirculescu in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Laureano Rijo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gigel Chirculescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Laureano Rijo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laureano Rijo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Chirculescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Daniel Moron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Bulhosa in the 76th minute of the match. A.D.ESMOJÃES's Laureano Rijo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save A.D.ESMOJÃES from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigel Chirculescu in the 90th minute of play forced A.D.ESMOJÃES's goalkeeper Laureano Rijo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in A.D.ESMOJÃES's zone, Gigel Chirculescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laureano Rijo came out of the goal and Gigel Chirculescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 93 minutes, Gigel Chirculescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balaceanu UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gigel Chirculescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Laureano Rijo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dragoş Vâtcu, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
