Trabzonspor were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after A.O Ligoudista's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bedrettin Özaktuğ took the corner. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Prodromos Mourikis was the one to do the kick off. The tension between the A.O Ligoudista and the Trabzonspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. The goalkeeper, Lefteris Perperidis, was totally fooled by Trabzonspor's Keke Hektor, who 82 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ahmet Reha Pekel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
