Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Truylos Gonzalez to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberigo Tacconelli in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dércio Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Vaz FC's zone, Alberigo Tacconelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dércio Amaral came out of the goal and Alberigo Tacconelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ's Dércio Amaral threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alberigo Tacconelli, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ's Alberigo Tacconelli looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
