Gerd Treial started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Brown Puerto Madryn's Gerd Treial ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ermanno Di Rocco. Ermanno Di Rocco yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ermanno Di Rocco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerd Treial, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. A collision led to Brown Puerto Madryn getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Gerd Treial hit a great ball. Ermanno Di Rocco was a little too slow when Gerd Treial got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 19th minute, Gerd Treial got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gerd Treial blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermanno Di Rocco having to make a save. Ermanno Di Rocco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerd Treial in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to Brown Puerto Madryn getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Anton Eriksson hit a great ball. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ginnastica Mentale's goalkeeper Ermanno Di Rocco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ginnastica Mentale were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Brown Puerto Madryn's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alessandro Sisti took the corner. After having played for 36 minutes, Ricardo Noe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brown Puerto Madryn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Noe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Santiago Nataniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Gelsomini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Ginnastica Mentale getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Arturo Bosso hit a great ball. Ermanno Di Rocco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerd Treial in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anselmo Pio to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Brown Puerto Madryn getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Humberto Luke hit a great ball. If Gerd Treial had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ermanno Di Rocco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerd Treial, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Santiago Nataniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Pio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the game, Brown Puerto Madryn's Gerd Treial nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ermanno Di Rocco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Brown Puerto Madryn made a substitution. Xurde Campoamor replaced Gerd Treial. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xurde Campoamor in the 67th minute of play forced Ginnastica Mentale's goalkeeper Ermanno Di Rocco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Pio in the 69th minute of play forced Brown Puerto Madryn's goalkeeper Santiago Nataniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xurde Campoamor in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ermanno Di Rocco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 78 minutes into the match, Ginnastica Mentale's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Enol came free, but Ermanno Di Rocco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermanno Di Rocco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xurde Campoamor, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Xurde Campoamor sped through Ginnastica Mentale's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ermanno Di Rocco. After a rather tough play, Ginnastica Mentale's Fabio Sciamanna got a free kick in the 85th minute. When Brown Puerto Madryn's Xurde Campoamor in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ginnastica Mentale's goalie prevented a goal. Alberto Gelsomini kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute of the match Eleuterio Sedeni sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ermanno Di Rocco skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xurde Campoamor in the 95th minute of play forced Ginnastica Mentale's goalkeeper Ermanno Di Rocco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Nereo Enol came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Brown Puerto Madryn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nereo Enol couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Brown Puerto Madryn fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ginnastica Mentale had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
