The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zbyszko Kapinos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vicente Bikendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Levander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Bikendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Levander in the 11th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Tomas Levander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Bikendi was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. If Zbyszko Kapinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tomas Levander might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vicente Bikendi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Levander ran back to his position shaking his head. 15 minutes into the match, Zbyszko Kapinos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ramblones 91218's Vicente Bikendi. Vicente Bikendi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 18 minutes into the game, Borussia Dortmund's Zbyszko Kapinos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vicente Bikendi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santos Dodorol during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 21 played minutes Ramblones 91218 got a freekick which was hit by Santos Dodorol. 24 minutes into the game, Tomas Levander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Vicente Bikendi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 29th minute, Zbyszko Kapinos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Bikendi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After 34 minutes of play, Borussia Dortmund's Emesto Llames made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vicente Bikendi was left in no man's land by his defense there! 38 minutes into the game, Borussia Dortmund's Tomas Levander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vicente Bikendi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. After some careless play in the Ramblones 91218 defense, Zbyszko Kapinos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Bikendi. The Ramblones 91218 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Bikendi should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Tomas Levander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borussia Dortmund's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Levander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Bikendi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 45 minutes into the match, Tomas Levander had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vicente Bikendi. Ramblones 91218's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Levander was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. After the first half Borussia Dortmund were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Levander was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Levander took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vicente Bikendi. Vicente Bikendi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. 54 minutes into the match, Emesto Llames notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Ramblones 91218's Vicente Bikendi. Vicente Bikendi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vicente Bikendi came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Borussia Dortmund's Tomas Levander. But to his dismay, Tomas Levander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. 62 minutes into the game, Roberto Ortzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ramblones 91218's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Borussia Dortmund the free kick. Zbyszko Kapinos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Bikendi having to interfere. Vicente Bikendi didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Borussia Dortmund's Tomas Levander shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-12 in the ordered_time% minute. Tomas Levander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute, Tomas Levander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Bikendi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. 76 minutes into the game, Tomas Levander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-14. Vicente Bikendi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 79th play minute Zbyszko Kapinos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Vicente Bikendi. 0-15. The crowd rose to their feet as Borussia Dortmund's Emesto Llames slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vicente Bikendi. That made the score 0-16 after 82 minutes of play. Vicente Bikendi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Levander's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. When the final whistle sounded Borussia Dortmund left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ramblones 91218.
