Jacindo Basanguren had in the 45thth minute some difficulties stopping Iustinian Găină's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 45 minutes into the game, FC GURZUN's Iustinian Găină nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacindo Basanguren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Lugano 1 y 2 made a substitution. Gervasio Tirso replaced Donato Frutos. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Constantino Toro to strike the kick off in the second half. Jacindo Basanguren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niculae Siteavu, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantino Toro in the 54th managed to get into a good position. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julien Luarasi in the 72nd minute of play forced Lugano 1 y 2's goalkeeper Jacindo Basanguren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niculae Siteavu came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jacindo Basanguren could save by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantino Toro in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mugur Suşu saved FC GURZUN from getting behind. The Lugano 1 y 2 fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Lugano 1 y 2's Constantino Toro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. FC GURZUN's Mihnea Tincu was substituted for Julien Luarasi. After 87 minutes, Constantino Toro made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC GURZUN's Mugur Suşu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
