Karma Tarich ran back to his position shaking his head. Hannes Sandwall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karma Tarich in the 6th minute of play. Hannes Sandwall didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karma Tarich went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 16 played minutes Leicester Foxes Academy got a freekick which was hit by Niles Andrews. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Drake in the 22nd minute of play forced Versannat's goalkeeper Bruno Nunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abraham Sala kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Karma Tarich sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leicester Foxes Academy's goalkeeper Hannes Sandwall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leicester Foxes Academy's Alan Young was substituted for Grant Butler. In the 65th match minute, Leicester Foxes Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niles Andrews to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karma Tarich in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hannes Sandwall saved Leicester Foxes Academy from getting behind. If Karma Tarich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bruno Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Ericsson in the 74th minute of play. After 78 minutes Versannat's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Niles Andrews who took care of the corner kick.
