The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Lucas Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as ForestFire's Luisito James slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alessandro Dopacio. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Wincenty Juroszek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Shaki Conn was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Shaki Conn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Loncki in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute Ken Ivey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessandro Dopacio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ken Ivey might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alessandro Dopacio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ken Ivey ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Alessandro Dopacio got control of the ball when Lucas Navarro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ken Ivey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Alessandro Dopacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Javier Frexes during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 28 played minutes Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan got a freekick which was hit by Javier Frexes. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Ken Ivey scored to the left of an out of position Alessandro Dopacio, making the score, 2-1. When Ken Ivey came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the ForestFire fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ken Ivey couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's Czeslaw Loncki got a free kick in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Wincenty Juroszek made the kick off in the second half. Alessandro Dopacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Navarro in the 55th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Lucas Navarro made a precise shot to the right of Alessandro Dopacio. Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. After a rather tough play, ForestFire's Lucas Navarro got a free kick in the 66th minute. Ken Ivey scored 7-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alessandro Dopacio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Ken Ivey put it in 8-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alessandro Dopacio. ForestFire's Jose Hoyt was substituted for Cãlin Tâmbalari. 80 minutes into the match, Deportivo Qhapaq Ñan's goal looked a bit too open when Ken Ivey came free, but Alessandro Dopacio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Navarro scored 9-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alessandro Dopacio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 89th minute, Diego Ferraz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ken Ivey came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the ForestFire fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ken Ivey couldn't finish the play. There was no doubt that ForestFire were the better team. ForestFire's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
