The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Orçun Çetintürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Quentin in the 4th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Hüsmen Ünlem kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Orçun Çetintürk. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Galatasaray A.Ş.'s Hüsmen Ünlem nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Orçun Çetintürk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 14th minute, Hüsmen Ünlem fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Erberk Ortaç who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 14thth minute tested the skills of Orçun Çetintürk when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Erberk Ortaç had several of the Fenerbahçe SK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Orçun Çetintürk as he didn't even see the shot coming. Orçun Çetintürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hüsmen Ünlem, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Hüsmen Ünlem succeeded in the game's 19th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. 22 minutes into the match, Fenerbahçe SK's goal looked a bit too open when Hüsmen Ünlem came free, but Orçun Çetintürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orçun Çetintürk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erberk Ortaç went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Hüsmen Ünlem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orçun Çetintürk having to interfere. When Galatasaray A.Ş.'s Erberk Ortaç in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fenerbahçe SK's goalie prevented a goal. Lisandro Quentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orçun Çetintürk having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erberk Ortaç in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orçun Çetintürk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sarper Özerhan's late challenge caught a Galatasaray A.Ş.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sarper Özerhan helped the player get up and apologised. After 38 played minutes Fenerbahçe SK got a freekick which was hit by Sarper Özerhan. After recieving a nice pass, Galatasaray A.Ş.'s Hıncal Kongur tried to score from far away in the 39th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erberk Ortaç got free with Orçun Çetintürk in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 43 minutes into the match, Galatasaray A.Ş.'s Hüsmen Ünlem sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orçun Çetintürk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hüsmen Ünlem struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Orçun Çetintürk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galatasaray A.Ş.. After 47 played minutes Fenerbahçe SK got a freekick which was hit by Kutalp Sara. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hüsmen Ünlem was the one to do the kick off. Fenerbahçe SK's Orçun Çetintürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüsmen Ünlem in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Fenerbahçe SK's goal looked a bit too open when Hüsmen Ünlem came free, but Orçun Çetintürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hüsmen Ünlem took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Orçun Çetintürk. Orçun Çetintürk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Orçun Çetintürk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hüsmen Ünlem went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Erberk Ortaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Orçun Çetintürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orçun Çetintürk came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Galatasaray A.Ş.'s Hüsmen Ünlem. But to his dismay, Hüsmen Ünlem quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüsmen Ünlem in the 64th minute of play forced Fenerbahçe SK's goalkeeper Orçun Çetintürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fenerbahçe SK's Kutalp Sara got his second yellow card of the match in the 70th minute. The referee ordered Kutalp Sara off the ground. In the 70th minute, Kutalp Sara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Hüsmen Ünlem ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Orçun Çetintürk was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. 79 minutes into the match, Hüsmen Ünlem notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Fenerbahçe SK's Orçun Çetintürk. Orçun Çetintürk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Hüsmen Ünlem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th match minute, Fenerbahçe SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şimşek Bucuk to maneuver through the defense. Orçun Çetintürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüsmen Ünlem in the 89th minute of the match. After 92 played minutes Fenerbahçe SK got a freekick which was hit by Octav Marghescu. Hasan Genişyürek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Orçun Çetintürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Galatasaray A.Ş.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
