Gustav Mineja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Ixona in the 25th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Brownell came free, but Gustav Mineja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Arturo Brownell notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Joga Bonito's Gustav Mineja. Gustav Mineja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With his leg Gustav Mineja managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Osdorp FC's Arturo Brownell fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 44 minutes Osdorp FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edward Karlsson who took care of the corner kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack de Koning in the 51st minute of play forced Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Gustav Mineja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Osdorp FC's Arturo Brownell in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gustav Mineja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Brownell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Porro came free, but Gustav Mineja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osdorp FC's Hendrik Heida was substituted for Jelmer Pander. After 92 minutes of play, Joga Bonito's Edward Karlsson made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilfried Henselmans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gustav Mineja stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Brownell's shot from short distance in the 95th minute.
