In the 9th match minute, FC Bredene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernd Wouters to maneuver through the defense. Aris Kounadakis succeeded in the game's 13th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Aris Kounadakis struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Fabian Cytrynski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bredene. Aris Kounadakis ran back to his position shaking his head. Wiktor Kaczanka's late challenge caught a FC Bredene's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wiktor Kaczanka helped the player get up and apologised. Fabian Cytrynski was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Zenon Walczak hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. FC Bredene's Paul Himschoot got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Fc Lajkonik78's goalkeeper Fabian Cytrynski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aris Kounadakis. Teun Leemans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Fabian Cytrynski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FC Bredene getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Bernd Wouters hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Aris Kounadakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Bredene's supporters rose to their feet, but Aris Kounadakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabian Cytrynski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aris Kounadakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Fabian Cytrynski made a huge save. Peter Bautmans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pawel Adamus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rick Wood struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Fabian Cytrynski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bredene. FC Bredene's Rick Wood shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 95th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Fabian Cytrynski but with some difficulty. FC Bredene's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
