Rega Merida CF's Edmund Kojder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Rega Merida CF from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jannic Roukeloes in the 14th minute of play forced Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper Edmund Kojder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Free Julian Assange!'s goal looked a bit too open when Cemal Palabıyık came free, but Simon Mignolet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Jannic Roukeloes fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Simon Mignolet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nistor Sârban, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Free Julian Assange!'s Simon Mignolet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nistor Sârban in the 20th minute of play. Simon Mignolet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nistor Sârban, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28thth minute of the game Nistor Sârban who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Free Julian Assange!'s Simon Mignolet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alexander Hendrickx made in the 44th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jannic Roukeloes. In the 46th minute, Nistor Sârban ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simon Mignolet was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jannic Roukeloes made a kick off. Nistor Sârban took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simon Mignolet. Simon Mignolet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Free Julian Assange!'s Daniël Boffin was substituted for Tom Araya. Edmund Kojder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jannic Roukeloes in the 66th minute of play. Simon Mignolet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nistor Sârban's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Jannic Roukeloes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Simon Mignolet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nistor Sârban in the 93rd minute of play. The Free Julian Assange! fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rega Merida CF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
