If Danilo Fiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leonel Haritzeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Biskupiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Vergas in the 16th minute of play. Leonel Haritzeder's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Koios Panayiotopoulos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Leonel Haritzeder in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Koios Panayiotopoulos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduardo Zanette during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Igor Biskupiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivón Echavarri in the 36th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, OMONOIA's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Morrison came free, but Koios Panayiotopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Leonel Haritzeder recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Koios Panayiotopoulos. Leonel Haritzeder showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonel Haritzeder to strike the kick off in the second half. Igor Biskupiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Vergas in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Haritzeder in the 59th minute of play forced OMONOIA's goalkeeper Koios Panayiotopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Leonel Haritzeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Honorio Vergas got free with Igor Biskupiak in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Koios Panayiotopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Haritzeder in the 66th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, OMONOIA's Chico de Almeida got a free kick in the 69th minute. OMONOIA's Nikos Koulouris was substituted for Robert Babicki. The supporters of 【E ➣PS2 FC booed when OMONOIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chico de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jim Morrison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Koios Panayiotopoulos having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Leonel Haritzeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Koios Panayiotopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Koios Panayiotopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Haritzeder in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, OMONOIA's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Umea came free, but Koios Panayiotopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Koios Panayiotopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Haritzeder, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. With a little luck, 【E ➣PS2 FC's Igor Biskupiak got control of the ball when Honorio Vergas tried to sneak it across the goal line. OMONOIA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
