Phillip Glerum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rooney Garrido in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Crowell in the 9th minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Phillip Glerum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rooney Garrido in the 12th minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Phillip Glerum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 14 minutes Saco FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Javier Garcia who took care of the corner kick. Phillip Glerum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rooney Garrido in the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, DÏVÄLÄ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Crowell to maneuver through the defense. After 21 played minutes DÏVÄLÄ got a freekick which was hit by Simon Crowell. 22 minutes into the match, Antonio Alzamendi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fabio Muñoz, 1-0. Jaime Peralta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the DÏVÄLÄ defense, Antonio Alzamendi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Muñoz. The DÏVÄLÄ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Muñoz should have stopped the shot. Saco FC's Phillip Glerum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rooney Garrido in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio-César Morales in the 36th minute of play forced Saco FC's goalkeeper Phillip Glerum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saco FC's Phillip Glerum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rooney Garrido in the 40th minute of play. After 44 played minutes Saco FC got a freekick which was hit by Wolfgang Amvig. 46 minutes into the match, Saco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Crowell came free, but Phillip Glerum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julio-César Morales to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, DÏVÄLÄ's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Alzamendi came free, but Fabio Muñoz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Julio-César Morales's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Phillip Glerum was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. DÏVÄLÄ's Fabio Muñoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Gipuzkoa in the 56th minute of play. Saco FC's Phillip Glerum proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Saco FC from getting a goal against them. In the 61st minute, Rooney Garrido ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Phillip Glerum was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Elias Carranza charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Carranza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 68th match minute, DÏVÄLÄ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Carranza to maneuver through the defense. Fabio Muñoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Gipuzkoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by DÏVÄLÄ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chris Dhaussy was slow to take the kick. During this time Saco FC's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Saco FC's Taus Feibert got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute Rooney Garrido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Phillip Glerum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Phillip Glerum stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rooney Garrido's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. When Peter-Jan De Brouwer came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Saco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter-Jan De Brouwer couldn't finish the play. Adolfo Gipuzkoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the DÏVÄLÄ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Saco FC.
