The audience thought a goal was coming when Evert Dusett got free with Jens-Åke Lind in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes into the match, Nykvarn's goal looked a bit too open when Isak Spetz came free, but Jon Matsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Nykvarn's Jens-Åke Lind threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jens-Ove Holmberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jens-Åke Lind was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Jens-Ove Holmberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jens-Ove Holmberg really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 22ndth minute of the game Johannes Kilström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nykvarn's Jon Matsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 24 minutes, Jens-Ove Holmberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nykvarn and the IFK Fjärås players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jens-Ove Holmberg kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Jon Matsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Kilström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jon Matsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johannes Kilström in the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Ernst Burman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Matsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Erik Rosén in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jon Matsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isak Spetz in the 32nd minute of play forced Nykvarn's goalkeeper Jon Matsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jon Matsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Kilström in the 33rd minute of play. Jonas Erserman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Jens-Åke Lind made a huge save. In the 36th minute, Isak Spetz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jon Matsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Karl-Erik Rosén went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 43 minutes of play, Nykvarn's Jonas Erserman made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens-Åke Lind was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jon Matsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Kilström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 48 minutes into the game, Isak Spetz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Jon Matsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
In the 55th minute of the match, Johannes Kilström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jon Matsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Björn Wennerlund hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Ernst Burman managed to get in a good position for a shot. IFK Fjärås's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernst Burman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jon Matsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nykvarn's Jon Matsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Nykvarn from getting a goal against them. Jon Matsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernst Burman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karl-Erik Rosén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jon Matsson having to interfere. Nykvarn's Jon Matsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Nykvarn from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes into the match, Nykvarn's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Burman came free, but Jon Matsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gabriel Drewitz fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. With a little luck, Nykvarn's Jon Matsson got control of the ball when Isak Spetz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ernst Burman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jon Matsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Ernst Burman slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 87th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Nykvarn's goalkeeper Jon Matsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Erik Rosén. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Kilström in the 92nd minute of play forced Nykvarn's goalkeeper Jon Matsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jon Matsson was a little too slow when Ernst Burman got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 2-5. After 98 minutes, Evert Dusett mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nykvarn and the IFK Fjärås players grew even worse after the yellow card. IFK Fjärås's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
