Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 0) Eduard Mutu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Cazimir Bănățeanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sever Patriciu went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 9 minutes, Silviu Hrandabur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Luck and the Ferestrele AS players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ferestrele AS booed when FC Luck was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silviu Hrandabur didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute, Sever Patriciu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Luck fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Sever Patriciu took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cazimir Bănățeanu. Cazimir Bănățeanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 25th minute Niculae Scutaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cazimir Bănățeanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Ferestrele AS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vasile Grozuță to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduard Mutu in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cazimir Bănățeanu saved Ferestrele AS from getting behind. In the 36th minute, Niculae Scutaru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Luck fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. If Silviu Hrandabur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ferestrele AS's Cazimir Bănățeanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sever Patriciu in the 41st minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Sever Patriciu notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Ferestrele AS's Cazimir Bănățeanu. Cazimir Bănățeanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emilian Lovinescu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, FC Luck's Sever Patriciu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Ferestrele AS's Cazimir Bănățeanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Ferestrele AS from getting a goal against them. 57 minutes into the game, Sever Patriciu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cazimir Bănățeanu. Sever Patriciu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Niculae Scutaru hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When Gavril Neicu came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the FC Luck fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavril Neicu couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Silviu Hrandabur managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Luck's supporters rose to their feet, but Silviu Hrandabur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cazimir Bănățeanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th minute, Sever Patriciu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Luck fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Mutu in the 72nd minute of play forced Ferestrele AS's goalkeeper Cazimir Bănățeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Niculae Scutaru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cazimir Bănățeanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. 80 minutes into the game, Petru Paulică threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Luck's Silviu Bădila quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 88th minute, Silviu Bădila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cazimir Bănățeanu stood somewhat misplaced when Sever Patriciu came free in front of goal and shot 0-12 to the left of him in the 94 minute. When the match was over FC Luck could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ferestrele AS throughout the match.
