Kalev Neemre showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ervin Hellenurm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julius Fardal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Urdal in the 28th minute of play forced Harku Devils's goalkeeper Ervin Hellenurm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee showed Riho Märjamaa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 32 minutes into the match, Ardo Treu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kim-André Østreng. Saga TF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ardo Treu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Saga TF's Kim-André Østreng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ardo Treu in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute Kalev Neemre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kim-André Østreng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronald Tälli hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Ronald Tälli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julius Fardal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Saga TF got a freekick which was hit by Trond Omholt. Kim-André Østreng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Riho Märjamaa in the 57th minute of play. Kim-André Østreng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernhard Laev in the 61st minute of the match. Saga TF's Hans-Petter Vatle quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Riho Märjamaa, made in the 64th minute of the game. Kim-André Østreng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ardo Treu, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Ervin Hellenurm made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Hans-Petter Vatle sent off a good shot on target. After 70 played minutes Harku Devils got a freekick which was hit by Bernhard Laev. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernhard Laev in the 75th minute of play forced Saga TF's goalkeeper Kim-André Østreng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kim-André Østreng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Meelis Laadi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kim-André Østreng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kalev Neemre, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The audience was convinced that Ardo Treu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kim-André Østreng was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Hans-Petter Vatle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute, Saga TF's Julius Fardal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ervin Hellenurm. Ervin Hellenurm yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. The audience was convinced that Ardo Treu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kim-André Østreng was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Harku Devils fans cheered their team off the field, for while Saga TF had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
