Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rubim Melo took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpected shot in the 5th minute by Jaime Corte-Real got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 7th match minute, Red Proud FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubim Melo to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the game, Rubim Melo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Proud FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VB-Team the free kick. A collision led to Red Proud FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Rubim Melo hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the game, Nuno Saraiva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Pascoal Modesto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The VB-Team fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when VB-Team's Nuno Saraiva looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 18 minutes into the match, Gervásio Severiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pascoal Modesto. Red Proud FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gervásio Severiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Pascoal Modesto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nuno Saraiva's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Pascoal Modesto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Calçada in the 22nd minute. Jaime Corte-Real recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute Gervásio Severiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascoal Modesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervásio Severiano in the 30th minute of play forced Red Proud FC's goalkeeper Pascoal Modesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 played minutes Nuno Saraiva rounded Red Proud FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 5-0. 38 minutes into the game, VB-Team's Jaime Corte-Real nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pascoal Modesto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Jaime Corte-Real got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 47 minutes, Artur Santana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VB-Team and the Red Proud FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to VB-Team getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Artur Santana hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nuno Saraiva was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Nuno Saraiva managed to get in a good position for a shot. VB-Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Nuno Saraiva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascoal Modesto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pascoal Modesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diego Calçada in the 54th minute of the match. Jaime Corte-Real struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Pascoal Modesto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VB-Team. When Jaime Corte-Real fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VB-Team's protests and gave Jaime Corte-Real a yellow card for diving instead. Jaime Corte-Real kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, Gervásio Severiano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Pascoal Modesto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61stth minute of the game Leandro Barcelos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Red Proud FC's Pascoal Modesto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Juvenal Assis kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Nuno Saraiva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When VB-Team's Jaime Corte-Real in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Red Proud FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 69 minutes, Nuno Saraiva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VB-Team and the Red Proud FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th minute, Nuno Saraiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivan Cortez hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Diego Calçada might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pascoal Modesto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diego Calçada ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 84th minute Diego Calçada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascoal Modesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pascoal Modesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Saraiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pascoal Modesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Calçada, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Jaime Corte-Real's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pascoal Modesto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. If Jaime Corte-Real had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. VB-Team walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
