Waut Limpens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of Three Towers United booed when All Stars Gent was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rebeldino Van Meenen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeoffrey Rijmenants hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gillis Huijbregs during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Johan Vloeberghs received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Jarne Uytdebroeck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Robbin Gijselinckx cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Waut Limpens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 37th minute Matijs Van der Loock shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waut Limpens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Three Towers United's Waut Limpens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesucristo Van Meenen in the 43rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Three Towers United defense, Estevan Meenen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waut Limpens. The Three Towers United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waut Limpens should have stopped the shot. After the first half All Stars Gent were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The crowd rose to their feet as Jesucristo Van Meenen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Waut Limpens. That made the score 0-6 in the 58 minute of play. Michael Cuelens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Waut Limpens made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luka Uijtterhoeven in the 63rd minute of play forced All Stars Gent's goalkeeper Jarne Uytdebroeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Estevan Meenen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Waut Limpens made a huge save. Michael Cuelens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Waut Limpens made a huge save. In the 85th match minute, All Stars Gent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Cuelens to maneuver through the defense. In the 87th minute, Laurens De Ceuster got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 89 played minutes All Stars Gent got a freekick which was hit by Michael Cuelens. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luka Uijtterhoeven in the 90th minute of play forced All Stars Gent's goalkeeper Jarne Uytdebroeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Estevan Meenen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Waut Limpens made a huge save. In the 94th minute of the match All Stars Gent got a corner. Three Towers United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jesucristo Van Meenen ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jesucristo Van Meenen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Waut Limpens quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The Three Towers United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching All Stars Gent's performance. The match ended with a win for All Stars Gent.
