Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Giovani Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrão Cunha in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Carlos Alberto Koehler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Pedro Luiz Saldanha in the 4th minute really tested Toninho Tepedino's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 5 minutes into the game Pedro Luiz Saldanha took the chance and shot a long shot on goal. In spite of Toninho Tepedino awareness of the shot he didn't succeed to stop the ball, and watched as it rolled inside the left pole. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Aracatiara EC's Breno de Azevedo got a free kick in the 7th minute. With his leg Toninho Tepedino managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Blumenau Esporte Clube's Reynaldo Arantes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Reynaldo Arantes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Toninho Tepedino came out and tried to block the shot, but Reynaldo Arantes slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 11th minute. João Pedro Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Toninho Tepedino was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pedro Luiz Saldanha. Reynaldo Arantes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Toninho Tepedino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 24 minutes into the match, Aracatiara EC's goalkeeper Toninho Tepedino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reynaldo Arantes. Giovani Tinoco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdomiro Paes in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Reynaldo Arantes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blumenau Esporte Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reynaldo Arantes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Aracatiara EC's João Pedro Nascimento got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Toninho Tepedino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reynaldo Arantes's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. In the 61stth minute of the game Reynaldo Arantes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aracatiara EC's Toninho Tepedino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th match minute, Aracatiara EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedrão Cunha to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Aracatiara EC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Valdomiro Paes hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Percival Figueiredo during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 76 played minutes Blumenau Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Percival Figueiredo. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blumenau Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Giovani Tinoco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Reynaldo Arantes made a precise shot to the right of Toninho Tepedino. Aracatiara EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Blumenau Esporte Clube's Beto Vander got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Aracatiara EC defense, Reynaldo Arantes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Toninho Tepedino. The Aracatiara EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Toninho Tepedino should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Aracatiara EC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Carlos Alberto Koehler hit a great ball. In the 97th minute, Beto Vander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Aracatiara EC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Blumenau Esporte Clube.
