With a little luck, Zemantauskas FC's Carlos Augusto Arósio got control of the ball when Tiago Azevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Oliveira in the 25th minute of play forced Zemantauskas FC's goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Arósio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Marco de Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zemantauskas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco de Sousa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Dantas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Rodolfo Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marco de Sousa was the one to do the kick off. Clemente Vander hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. William Cavalcante blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thiago Dantas having to make a save. In the 70th minute Rodolfo Oliveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Augusto Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco de Sousa during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 71 played minutes Zemantauskas FC got a freekick which was hit by Marco de Sousa. After 72 played minutes, 『盛世メ名門』Donalton F.C.™'s Tiago Azevedo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Arósio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 『盛世メ名門』Donalton F.C.™ reached it. Marco de Sousa might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thiago Dantas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marco de Sousa ran back to his position shaking his head. Dé Siqueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Thiago Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Caetano Fernandez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marco de Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Dantas having to interfere. Cléberson Andrade's late challenge caught a Zemantauskas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cléberson Andrade helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to 『盛世メ名門』Donalton F.C.™ getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Cléberson Andrade hit a great ball. Thiago Dantas came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Zemantauskas FC's Marco de Sousa. But to his dismay, Marco de Sousa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Nilson Freire fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zemantauskas FC's protests and gave Nilson Freire a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th match minute, Zemantauskas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nilson Freire to maneuver through the defense. Zemantauskas FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
