Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Sobis in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlinhos Batata prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Bandelocos booed when S.E. Pindorama Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquín Piquerez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 12 minutes into the game, when Walmir Fantini put in a rough tackle. Walmir Fantini hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in S.E. Pindorama Eagles's zone, Tiago Moraes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlinhos Batata came out of the goal and Tiago Moraes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pedrinho Porto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlinhos Batata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Sobis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of S.E. Pindorama Eagles booed when Bandelocos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Natã dos Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute S.E. Pindorama Eagles were awarded a corner. Joaquín Piquerez went to the cornerflag to take it. Nilson do Vale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorginho Meirelles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bandelocos's Sebastião Azevedo suffered a concussion in the 35th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 35 minutes into the game, Natã Marquez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bandelocos the free kick. Natã Marquez hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Carlinhos Batata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos de Amaral in the 37th minute of play. Bandelocos were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after S.E. Pindorama Eagles's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. João Augusto Goiano took the corner. After taking down the ball on Bandelocos's corner João Augusto Goiano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carlinhos Batata quite easily take care of the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Marcos de Amaral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlinhos Batata. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcos de Amaral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Sobis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Carlinhos Batata got control of the ball when Marcos de Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 53rd match minute, Bandelocos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. After 56 minutes, Jeremias Zanette mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the S.E. Pindorama Eagles and the Bandelocos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joaquín Piquerez went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Joaquín Piquerez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nilson do Vale quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 65 minutes, Luiz Guilherme Varela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandelocos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Guilherme Varela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcos de Amaral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Carlinhos Batata made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorginho Meirelles in the 69th minute of play forced Bandelocos's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedrinho Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Luiz Guilherme Varela 73 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. In the 77th minute of the match Bandelocos got a corner. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. João Augusto Goiano ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that João Augusto Goiano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlinhos Batata quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 82 minutes into the match, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalkeeper Carlinhos Batata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafael Sobis. Carlinhos Batata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Guilherme Varela in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Marcos de Amaral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bandelocos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Geovanni Saraiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Carlinhos Batata successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bandelocos's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
