But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rui da Costa couldn't finish the play. In the 11th minute, Cristóvão Maciel made a precise shot to the right of Fausto Ferraz. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a little luck, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Eric Donnarumma got control of the ball when Kauã Vander tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Dagoberto Esteves recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eric Donnarumma. Dagoberto Esteves showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Fausto Ferraz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulisses Cavalcante in the 25th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Kauã Vander got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 26th minute of the match Frank Fantini shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fausto Ferraz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Elite™- FC Galácticos booed when S.E.R. Caxias do Sul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Aguiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 37th minute Ulisses Cavalcante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Ferraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of S.E.R. Elite™- FC Galácticos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave S.E.R. Caxias do Sul the free kick. The supporters of S.E.R. Caxias do Sul booed when Elite™- FC Galácticos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oséas Lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rui da Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rui da Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rui da Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Oséas Lago tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Eric Donnarumma. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-1 in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute, Rui da Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Paulo de Mendonça took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fausto Ferraz. Fausto Ferraz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Eric Donnarumma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Abreu in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd match minute, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kauã Vander to maneuver through the defense. Fausto Ferraz made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Raphael de Brito sent off a good shot on target. Frank Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Rui da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Donnarumma having to interfere. If Kauã Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olívio Almeida's late challenge caught a S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olívio Almeida helped the player get up and apologised. Olívio Almeida hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
